When making or receiving a call to or from a CRM contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho Desk. Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho Desk and can be viewed in the call logs. Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho Desk

Requires Zoho PhoneBridge V3 API / 'telephony and PBX' license, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details. Supported on Zoho domains .COM, .EU, .IN and .AU
Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho CRM Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
Please note: Zoho Phonebridge is only supported on Chromium-based browsers
