We would advise that phone numbers are stored within Zendesk without punctuation.
The Zendesk API has limits (requests per minute) which is dependent upon the Edition of Zendesk. Therefore, on high usage sites it is recommended that the Zendesk add-in is configured to use ‘Cache'.
Support for 2 factor authentication by token authorisation.
OAuth authentication not supported.
If Call activity logging is available and enabled, both automatic and manual call activity logging will generate a new ticket within Zendesk assigned to the User/Customer and Agent's profile.
